Sound healing is a practice that uses sound vibrations to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. These physical vibrations can induce relaxation which assists in improving one's sleep quality. Often times, our clients share about their ability to breathe deeper after just one session.
Sound vibrations may block or alter pain signals, providing relief from chronic or acute pain. Studies suggest that sound healing can lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of heart disease. Relaxation induced by sound healing may strengthen the immune system and reduce inflammation. Some research indicates that sound healing can improve focus, memory, and overall cognitive function
Our group sessions can create a sense of connection and transcendence, promoting spiritual growth and inner harmony. As a group, we focus on evoking positive emotions, uplifting moods, and releasing emotional tension. We find it particularly effective for our Neurodivergent friends and all are welcome.
